Exchange Club of Mooresville - Lake Norman
The Mooresville - Lake Norman Exchange Club is an active and vibrant 501(c)(4) organization in the community. Our club meets on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of each Month at 12:00 noon at the Hilton Garden Inn in Mooresville, NC (Off Exit 33).

We connect, listen and share! At each meeting we enjoy a catered lunch, discuss club business, give committee updates, review events and projects, and hear from a guest speaker. Our goal is to bring awareness to our members and the needs of the community.
Visitors are welcome to join us at our meetings. You may contact an Exchange Club member OR email us directly to RSVP for a meeting. We'd love to have you and introduce you to our Mooresville - Lake Norman Exchange Club family!
Throughout the month, we also host Committee Meetings, volunteer opportunities and events.
Club Leadership
The Exchange Club's leadership carries with it trust, responsibility and a vision of seeing community projects become a reality. The Board of Directors set the tone and pace for the management of our club. They coordinate club affairs, determine policies, and ensure appropriate services to our community. The club officers base their work on Integrity, Accountability & Responsibility.
The Club Officers consist of the club president, president-elect, immediate past president, secretary, and treasurer. It is their goal to direct and manage club activities.
The Board of Directors are elected to serve a 2-year term. These members are nominated by the Nominating Committee, who are past presidents. The Board of Directors meet on the last Tuesday of the month at 6:30 pm at the Hilton Garden Inn in Mooresville, NC. All are welcome to attend.

Our Committees
In order to maintain a strong, successful club, we have well-planned and active committees. Each member is asked to serve on at least one committee and volunteer at events. Volunteerism is the pillar to our mission. We strive to inspire our communities to become a better place to live. Members collaborate to execute and fulfill our countless community projects of interest.
- Americanism Committee meets on the 1st Tuesday of the Month at 6:00 at the Lake Norman Reality Office in Mooresville. Committee Chairs are Marlo Mikeal & Katie Stankiewicz
- Community Service Committee meets on the 1st Tuesday of the Month at 12:00 at Barcelona Burger in Mooresville. The chairs are Anna Coates & Linda Surgen.
- Fundraising Committee chair is Amy Mitchell.
- The Prevention of Child Abuse Committee chair is Angela Greene.
- Youth Committee chair is Molly Stith.

Our History
The National Exchange Club was founded in Detroit, MI, in 1911. To date, Exchange is the only service organization exclusively serving communities in the United States. With more than 650 local clubs, and nearly 20,000 members, it provides individuals with opportunities to use their time and talents to benefit their local communities and the country.
The Mooresville - Lake Norman Exchange Club has been serving the Lake Norman area since 1991.
